I usually don’t like writing about moments and experiences because I have a fear that people just don't care about what other people did their last week. But this one was to good to leave inside. If you read the Stunz Blog then you should be caught up but the last week or so we went to Dallas for my mawmaw and pawpaw’s 50th anniversary. It was held at my Aunt Edie’s house. They have a pool and lots of fun stuff to do by their house…
We ate at pei wei one time which might just be my favorite restaurant in the world. We went to a restaurant called Medieval Times where you ate with your hands and watched thrilled fighting scenes versus many color-coated knights. They were very realistic and entertaining. Anna loved it. In fact my mom told me that she was cheering in her sleep. But we all loved it.
Then the we went to a Texas Rangers game… this game brought many memories like… A guy came up to bat for the Rangers named German Duran. Right when he got up to the plate I asked my mom for the camera to video him swinging. You wouldn’t believe it but he hit a home run while I was video taping! First time I video taped on the camera that day… I think. But I couldn’t decide whether I should tape the fire works or him running or try to catch the ball in the air with the camera. Gosh I will post it some day soon and you will see what I mean.
Then the highlight of my week. These are the reasons I like my Aunt Edie so much… Lately I have expressed my love of Toaster Struddles. Every time my mom has a grocery list I try to write it on there and if she is feeling nice she might buy them. But it hasn’t worked once. So my mom had to go to Target (Tar- shay) for some groceries and I told her to buy Toaster Struddles and my mom said no. But later my Aunt went out and, guess what… SHE BOUGHT TOASTER STRUDDLES. I was so happy. I ate the whole box and a half of another one. Thanks Aunt Edie.
